How Time Has Changed The Ways Of Job Searching

I really appreciate all of you for taking out time to read my thoughts regarding the methods of finding a job, all these thoughts have always been there in our minds and with time we are witnessing the changes which have come due to informatics. 

Be it the old days or present days we all after completing our studies want a job and our search for it always ends up to sources providing us information about different kinds of job, be it a government or private jobs in different states of India or in any other country.

   How time has changed the ways of job searching

Two, three decades ago we used to get information about jobs from weekly print media which were called Rozgaar Nirman and Rozgar Samachar and we had to wait for a week to get hands-on them.

But nowadays technology advancements have made things very easier as compared to the old days, we still have those paprikas but now everything is just a click or a tap away from us.

But the problem with those weekly job newspapers was that, by the time they reached to the people living in a remote area the information given used to become outdated till that time, due to that those people used to miss the chance to apply. 

Delayed Delivery = Lost Chance

During those days the procedure to apply for jobs was offline and the forms used to be sent by postal service, which at times along with the fees could not reach on time and the fees would also get wasted. 

Higher availability and Economical

Now there is a change in the procedure as everything can be done online. With the procedures becoming online we can save both our time and money as well. This procedure is very swift and easy, it helps everyone from a villager to urban people.
